How to Enter

1. Registered members of the Mum's Grapevine e-newsletter must complete and submit the Mum's Grapevine Member Survey to receive one entry into the prize draw.
2. Non-registered members must first sign up to receive the free Mum's Grapevine e-newsletter by entering their email address and postcode on the home page at www.mumsgrapevine.com.au and then clicking the submit button on the form.
3. Entrants may receive additional entries into the prize draw by telling at least 1 friend about the Mum's Grapevine website using the form on the "refer a friend" page.
4. Upon completing this form and clicking the ‘submit' button, the entrant sends an email invitation to invite friends to subscribe. The entrant receives one additional entry automatically into the competition for every referred friend that subscribes to the Mum's Grapevine e-newsletter at www.mumsgrapevine.com.au.
5. Where an invitation to subscribe has been sent by two or more members to the same friend, both/all of the referring members receive one extra entry into the competition draw, once the referred friend subscribes to the Mum's Grapevine e-newsletter.
6. Eligible entrants must be current members at the time of the competition draw i.e. members who have unsubscribed to the e-newsletter are ineligible.
7. Only one entry per email address is permitted.

Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Web address www.mumsgrapevine.com.au/survey.php.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The promotion commences on 30 June, 2010 at 00:01am (EST) and concludes on 31 July, 2010 at 11.59pm (EST).
4. Entries without a valid email address or postcode will be ineligible for entry into the draw.
5. Each individual referral who subsequently subscribes to the Mum's Grapevine e-newsletter will entitle the entrant to one additional entry in the major prize draw.
6. The promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
7. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, inaudible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
8. The major prize draw will take place on 1 August, 2010 at 10.00am (EST) at Mum's Grapevine Head Office, Beach Avenue, Elwood, VIC, 3185. All winners will be notified by email and the winner's details will be published on www.thedailybuzz.com.au.
9. The winner will be randomly selected using a computer based engine from a pool of people who completed the Mum’s Grapevine Member Survey.
10. The total prize pool is valued at $500.00 and is supplied by Mum’s Grapevine Pty Ltd. The first valid entry drawn will receive receive 1 x Giftcard to the value of $500. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. After the winner has been confirmed and a current delivery address is provided - the prize will be delivered to the winner's Australian address.
12. The delivery address must be within Australia.
13. Should the prize remain unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 1 September, 2010 at 10.00am at Mum's Grapevine Head Office, Beach Avenue, Elwood, VIC, 3184. Winners will be notified by email and their name published on www.thedailybuzz.com.au.
14. Prize value is GST inclusive, in Australian dollars and was correct at time of publishing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
15. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
16. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made. To facilitate your participation, the promoter June disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
18. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination including (but not limited to) vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the promoter June in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
